L E A R N
• learn to code a website
• master/learn-how-to-use my sewing machine
• have enough knitting experience to easily follow patterns
• practice mon français
• learn to make and can preserves, vegetables, soups, etc.
• read my camera manual and truly learn the logistics of shooting digital
• become an expert on Chicago architecture

D O
• watch all of AFI's 100 Years. . . 100 Movies (that I haven't yet seen)
read 50 books
• only purchase vintage or thrifted clothing—nothing new (shoes and accessories aside, but . . . wow!)
• sew curtains
• get my savings account up to where it should be
• garden—this could be tricky without a yard
• shoot more film
• collaborate

G O
• run a 5K, and then a 10K
• go on a 30+ mile bike ride
• attend an outdoor dining event
• five out-of-state trips

C H A N G E
• tolerance
• routine (early mornings, in particular)
• comparison

  1. There's some healthy ambition there! I need to make mine official but learning to use my (new) sewing machine definitely makes the list - good luck :)
