Mina, I'd say that the majority of our furniture is thrifted, but this is actually the farm table my grandparents had as my dad was growing up. He has nine siblings, so thoughts of the 12 of them gathering around it—no wonder it's so long (and has three more leaves that can be added!)—give it some strong sentimental value.
